The Integrated Approach
Most of our clients put their complete faith in our incentive program by letting us supply them a multi-level integrated incentive program in which their employees can choose from a variety of prizes at each of 4 to 9 different incentive levels. For example, if employee "X" were to reach 100 miles or 100 wellness points, he or she could choose from, say, 3 different awards at that level -- and all in his/her correct size. This custom-catering provides maximum satisfaction and costs no more. In fact, it saves money because there's no waste, leftovers, inventory!
Costs: For a system as described above with 4 to 9 different award levels and with, say, 2 to 3 choices at each level (e.g., 15 to 25 different awards offered), costs will typically range from $1 to $2 per month per participant (based on an annual program).
